Speak with an Expert
Providing a scheduled phone consulting to MI customer
  • Each call is booked for 1h minimum and continues per minute thereafter
  • The Consultant must present themselves as a Maximpact Network Consultant.
Consultant consults on the subject matter the customer wishes to speak about.
Impact Assessment
Providing Impact Assessment based on project’s requirements
Impact Assessment can be conducted on or off site depending on the project.
  1. Develop a framework for conducting Impact assessment (individually or in collaboration with the Client)
  2. Perform baseline studies to assess the conditions onsite before development begins and estimate potential impact.
  3. Collect a wide range of data to support possible conclusions about the impacts of development.
  4. Consult with stakeholders and local communities to understand their concerns over the impact from projects
Written report must be structured in specific format requested by client, covering main findings and recommendations
Sustainability Assessment
Providing sustainability assessment based on project’s requirements
Sustainability Assessment can be conducted on or off site depending on the project
  1. Develop a framework for conducting Sustainability assessment
  2. Assess and evaluate the performance.
  3. Provide recommendations on improvement as well as notice on declining trend for the various dimensions of sustainability i.e. economic, environment and social aspects.
  4. Provide information to decision makers to formulate strategies and communicate the achievements to the stakeholders.

DEFINITIONS OF STANDARDS RELATED TO SERVICES

Services standards require the Deliverables to be delivered and will be measured by the below listed standard parameters:

Clear
Deliverable is written (and/or transferred verbally) in a logical and straightforward way that is easy to interpret, understand and perceive.
Unless the MI customer has specifically insisted, in writing, on adding/deleting/editing a sentence, paragraph, expression, word or the like, that could compromise this parameter.
Understandable
  • The deliverable is straightforward, coherent and makes sense.
  • Information that may be relevant should be included even if it may be too difficult for certain users to understand.
Understandability depends on:
  • The way information is presented; and
  • The capabilities of users
It is assumed that users:
  • Have a reasonable business knowledge of business and economic activities; and
  • Are willing to study the information provided with reasonable diligence
Unless the MI customer has specifically insisted, in writing, on adding/deleting/editing a sentence, paragraph, expression, word or the like, that could compromise this parameter.
Relevant

The deliverable must be related specifically and written accordingly to the Customer’s project requirements.

The information is relevant when it influences any decisions for users by helping them evaluate past, present and/or future events.

Unless the MI customer has specifically insisted, in writing, on adding/deleting/editing a sentence, paragraph, expression, word or the like that could compromise this parameter.
Usable
The Deliverable can be used for the purpose as indicated on the Original Order’s Specification/Requirements
Unless, the MI customer, in writing, has changed the purpose of the Deliverable whilst In Production.
Neat and Well Structured Presentation

When applicable the deliverable must be presented to the customer in a neat, well structured and organized way.

Using Arial Font style and Font size 11/12, throughout the document.

Correctly assigning headings numbers, pages, footnotes etc. (if applicable)

Unless the customer has specifically insisted, in presenting on a different format/structure.
Complete
The deliverable must contain all necessary descriptions and explanations.
Unless the MI customer has specifically insisted, in writing, on adding/deleting/editing a sentence, paragraph, expression, word or the like that could compromise this parameter.
Well Written and use of proper Language
The deliverable must use:
  • Correct English, or other agreed upon language, spelling and grammar
  • Correct/appropriate and related terminology and language
Unless the MI customer has specifically insisted, in writing, on adding/deleting/editing a sentence, paragraph, expression, word or the like that could compromise this parameter.
Correct Data
Applying the correct data to the formulas, calculations
Unless the MI customer has provided the Supplier with the incorrect data
Appropriate, Standards Indicators and Correct Formulas, Ratios, Measures and Calculations
  • Applying the appropriate and correct indicators, formula, ratio, measure, calculation to the deliverable
  • Appropriate formula is a formula, ratio, measure, calculation must be a widely acceptable financial industry standard Formulas, ratios, indicators calculations and measures are correctly carried out.

Unless the MI customer, in writing, has insisted to use a different method/formula/ratio/measure after the Supplier has advised why the Customer’s method is not appropriate

Correct Interpretation
Correctly interpreting the meaning of ratios, calculations, formulas, measures used and any other interpretation illustrated in the deliverable

The deliverable must be free from error within the bounds of materiality (an aspect of relevance).

The deliverable must provide references and accurate citations, if necessary

Original work
Unless cited, all submitted written words, graphics, diagrams and other materials should be original work created by the supplier

Scheduled Times & Timeliness

The Consultant makes sure he chooses his available times respecting the Customer’s time zone and choosing at least 3 timeslots within Customer’s business working hours.

The Consultant tries his best to always be on time and available for the call at the scheduled time.

Unless the MI customer asks, in writing, to extend the delivery estimated time frame.
Responsiveness and Politeness

The Consultant has to be responsive and attend to all queries, comments in a timely manner:

Timely manner is suggested to be within 2 working days after a query/comment has been logged.

Consultant will be polite at all times.

Unless the MI customers’ comment/query/message implies implicitly or explicitly that no response is needed.
Code of Conduct

The Consultant must comply with Maximpact’s Code of Conduct:

  1. Confidentiality
  2. Objectivity
  3. Professional Competence and due care
  4. Professional behavior
  5. Integrity

Qualifications

The consultant guarantees that he, his firm or team members are qualified with all skills and qualifications that they have presented to Maximpact to complete the service.

The consultant is also willing to provide contact references when requested by Maximpact or MI Customers.

The consultant(s) will keep MAXIMPACT profile(s) updated:

  • Update should be done via the Maximpact platform or by directly informing Maximpact at networkS@maximpact.com

Consultant undertakes to regularly update the following information:

  • Professional background
  • Availability

Follow-up, Extra Work and New Project(s)

The Consultant shall do any follow up or extra work through the Maximpact Platform:

    Should Maximpact not provide an area to carry out the task, the Consultant contacts info@maximpact.com to see how the task should be carried out.

Unless, Maximpact advises or agrees to otherwise.
Taking Orders/Calls
To maintain a high level of service for our network, if available consultants are encouraged to assist all paying customers whether they be small or large.

Custom Order Quotes
MI has identified industry average price ranges
  • Should the consultant quote outside the range they will receive an alert the quote is above the average.
  • The consultant may proceed. MI respects the judgment of the consultant to judge the caliber of customer they are quoting.
  • However, if the consultant over time has more than 3 alerts and as a result loses the customer, they will lose their order of priority to receive jobs. And those that are willing to quote within the average will take their place.
  • This is a self-regulating system designed to protect the reputation of our network for us all.
