Specific Purpose Calculation Letter
A calculation letter which presents a fair value of a business/project based on one methodology and valuation approach.
  • Presented to MI Customer using Maximpact design layout – will be provided
  • Deliverable – A written letter describing the calculation value
  • Calculation of value of a project/venture based on a multiple of cash flow or sales
  • Turnaround: 5 – 7 days
  • Calculated by a qualified valuation analyst
  • Research of competitor business pricing
  • Establishment of cash flow available to the venture/project
Specific Purpose Report
A calculation report – a written report that states the calculated value of a venture/project.
  • Presented to MI Customer using Maximpact design layout – will be provided
  • Turnaround: 5 - 7 days
  • Calculated by a qualified valuation analyst
  • Deliverable - Table of Content
Full Valuation
A full valuation report conducted on the MI Customer.
  • Presented to MI Customer using Maximpact design layout – will be provided
  • Turnaround: 7 - 10 days
  • Calculated by a qualified valuation analyst
  • Deliverable - Table of Content
Consultation
A consulting call to establish the needs of the customer and guide him to the right business valuation for his needs
  • Consulting calls booked for 1h minimum
  • Consulting calls are charged: 1h or < = 1h fee. 1h> charged per minute
  • Guide MI Customers to the right business valuation product/service on Maximpact website
  • If the Customer requires a different type of service not offered through Maximpact, but provided by Consultant – Consultant creates a Custom Order

DEFINITIONS OF STANDARD RELATED TO SERVICES

Services standards require the Deliverables to be delivered and will be measured by the below listed standard parameters:

Deliverable is written in a logical and straightforward way that is easy to interpret, understand and perceive.
Unless the MI customer has specifically insisted, in writing, on adding/deleting/editing a sentence, paragraph, expression, word or the like, that could compromise this parameter.
Understandable
  • The deliverable is straightforward, coherent and makes sense.
  • Information that may be relevant should not be excluded on the grounds that it may be too difficult to certain users to understand.
Understandability depends on:
  • The way information is presented; and
  • The capabilities of users
It is assumed that users:
  • Have a reasonable business knowledge of business and economic activities; and
  • Are willing to study the information provided with reasonable diligence
Unless the MI customer has specifically insisted, in writing, on adding/deleting/editing a sentence, paragraph, expression, word or the like, that could compromise this parameter.
Comparable
The deliverable is :
  • worthy of comparison
  • usable for comparison against similar and/or like products and deliverables
Unless the MI customer has specifically insisted, in writing, on adding/deleting/editing a sentence, paragraph, expression, word or the like, that could compromise this parameter.
Relevant
The deliverable must be related specifically and written accordingly to the Customer’s project/venture
Definition
The information is relevant when it influences the economic decisions for users by helping them evaluate past, present and/or future events.
Unless the MI customer has specifically insisted, in writing, on adding/deleting/editing a sentence, paragraph, expression, word or the like that could compromise this parameter.
Complete
The deliverable must contain all necessary descriptions and explanations.
Unless the MI customer has specifically insisted, in writing, on adding/deleting/editing a sentence, paragraph, expression, word or the like that could compromise this parameter.
Usable
The Deliverable can be used for the purpose as indicated on the Original Order’s Specification/Requirements.
Unless, the MI customer, in writing, has changed the purpose of the Deliverable whilst In Production.
Neat and Well Structured
The deliverable must be presented to the customer in a neat, well structure, organised way:
  • Using Arial Font style and Font size 11/12, throughout the document.
  • Correctly assigning headings and headings’ numbers, pages, footnotes etc. (if applicable)
Unless the customer has specifically insisted, in writing, on a different format/structure.
Well Written and use of proper English language
The deliverable must use:
  • Correct English spelling and grammar.
  • Correct/appropriate and related business terminology and language.
Unless the MI customer has specifically insisted, in writing, on adding/deleting/editing a sentence, paragraph, expression, word or the like that could compromise this parameter.
Timeliness
Deliverables are delivered within the specified estimated time frame.
Unless the MI customer asks, in writing, to extend the delivery estimated time frame.
Correct Data
Applying the correct data to the formulas, calculations.
Unless the MI customer has provided the Supplier with the incorrect data.
Appropriate, Standard and Correct Formulas, Ratios, Measures and Calculations.
  • Applying the appropriate and correct formula, ratio, measure, calculation to the deliverable
  • Appropriate formula is a formula, ratio, measure, calculation must be a widely acceptable financial industry standard Formulas, ratios calculations and measures are correctly carried out
Unless the MI customer, in writing, has insisted to use a different method/formula/ratio/measure after the Supplier has advised why the Customer’s method is not appropriate.
Correct Interpretation
Correctly interpreting the meaning of ratios, calculations, formulas, measures used and any other interpretation illustrated in the deliverable.

Responsiveness
The Supplier has to be responsive and attend to all queries, comments in a timely manner.
  • Timely manner is suggested to be within 2 working days after a query/comment has been logged
Unless the MI customers’ comment/query/message implies implicitly or explicitly that no response is needed.
Code of Conduct
The Supplier must comply with Maximpacts’ Code of Conduct

Qualifications
The Supplier guarantees that the certifications, diplomas, knowledge, skills that he states he possesses to Maximpact are authentic and the Supplier is qualified to produce the service.

The deliverable must be free from error within the bounds of materiality (an aspect of relevance).

Accurate citations
The deliverable must provide references and accurate citations, if necessary.

Original work
Unless cited, all submitted written words, graphics, diagrams and other materials should be original work created by the supplier.
